Dr. Vicki Griffin - An author, speaker,  Dr. Griffin holds a PhD in nutrition counseling, and is a member of the American College of Nutrition. She has lectured at Cornell University and Loma Linda University Heart Institute on the subject of nutrition, animal protein and its relation to the debilitating diseases of cancer and heart disease.
