“If I don’t make it when the rapture comes, I’ll know for sure, and then I’ll make it for the second chance”
That was me a few years ago.
Then I learned what the bible had to say about the rapture and what it doesn’t say.
Two years ago an evangelist came to our town and showed us what the bible had to say about the end times.
He didn’t interpret the bible for us, he just showed us what it said.
He also constantly encouraged us to read it for ourselves and study on our own.
It was from that point that we started our ministry of duplicating and now producing media so others can see what truths are really in the bible.
Could it be possible that I have been brainwashed all these years?
Have pastors and preachers been unknowingly and knowingly teaching things that are not in the bible?
I have learned many things from studying the bible and one important thing that has helped me is to always remember that the bible must not contradict itself. For example, John will not contradict Paul and Paul will not contradict Isaiah.
And if we ever find a passage that we are just sure is a contradiction, then it is time to pray, and study until the Holy Spirit shows us where the wording is playing tricks on our mind.
